YES! All our products are brand new and in perfect condition. Each item undergoes a strict quality control process. We inspect every product before shipping to ensure it is brand new, unworn, and untouched.

  • Step 1: Browse the products and add product(s) you like to your shopping cart(select a size, and the quantity)
  • Step 2: Review your cart, check the quantities, sizes, prices and shipping methods. When you're ready to checkout, click CHECKOUT.
  • Step 3: Complete shipping and billing information and select payment methods, then click ORDER.
  • Step 4: Complete payment safely. If payment fail, please contact us to obtain another payment methods.

A size chart is available for each product to assist you. Please note that luxury brand shoes generally run large. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to email us.

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24-72 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays.

You will get the tracking number directly to your email about 1-3 business days after shipping with a tracking link.

The estimated delivery time for express shipping is 7-14 business days, while regular shipping takes 15-20 business days.

As long as the logistics website shows that the package has been delivered, we assume that the package has been delivered. We are not responsible if your package is stolen, please provide a secure shipping address.

We have purchased shipping insurance for you. If the items are seized by customs, we will re-ship the goods for free.
